This policy describes how New Horizons y Cargo collects, uses and protects client information in connection with vehicle export services.
1. Information we collect
Contact details (name, email, phone), vehicle data (VIN, make, model), destination and export documents needed to provide the service.
2. How we use information
We use data to coordinate shipping, verify documentation, send status communications and comply with legal and customs requirements.
3. Data protection
We apply per-user access control, account verification, private file storage and audit logging. Each client accesses only their own information.
4. Sharing with third parties
We share data only with shipping lines, yards and authorities as needed for export, or when required by law.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to our contact email.
6. Staff internal application (NHYC APP)
In addition to the client service, we operate an internal application for authorized staff only. It processes the employee account (name and email to sign in), photographs and inspection data of vehicles and cargo, and approximate location within the yard. This data is used only for logistics operations and stored on our secure infrastructure.
7. Microphone (team radio)
The app includes an internal push-to-talk radio feature. The microphone is active only while the user holds the talk button; there is no continuous listening, and no recording, storage or transcription of audio.
8. No tracking or advertising
We do not sell data, do not share it with third parties for advertising, and do not track users for marketing. Access is limited to authorized employees according to their role.
